Jennifer Allard - Owner, Principal Planner

Jenn returned home to her native Cape Cod after attending college and working in hospitality in New Hampshire.   Upon returning home Jenn ran the day-to-day operations of a local nonprofit organization, finding her passion in fundraising and event planning.

During her 13 years with Chatham Bars Inn, Jenn fine-tuned her event planning and management skills creating and executing many of the Inn’s signature events that locals and vacationers now consider family traditions.

In 2014 she turned to her event management expertise when she and two partners formed glued. Following the success of glued. Jenn has taken her extensive experience in luxury hospitality, marketing, and event management to form Mainsail Events and Marketing.

Her creative, out of the box, thinking combined with over 20+ years of hospitality experience make Mainsail Events and Marketing the perfect choice for your Cape Cod event planning needs.

In her downtime, you’ll find Jenn on Nauset Beach with her pup Isla or swimming with the turtles in St. John, USVI.

Charlee O’Neil - Social Media Specialist

Since graduating from Paul College of Business and Economics at University of New Hampshire with a B.S in Marketing in 2018, Charlee has been living and traveling all over the world, but is lucky to call Cape Cod home. 

Charlee loves to create and learn new skills whenever possible. Whether it’s onsite at an event, behind the scenes video editing or while creating social media strategy for her clients, Charlee’s creative thinking allows her to come up with unique and modern solutions that elevate the customer experience.  

That creative thinking came in especially handy when she joined the Mainsail Crew.  Charlee started as an Event and Marketing Specialist in March 2020, two days before everything shut down due to COVID-19.  She brought a skillset that was instrumental in helping Mainsail’s clients pivot when there were no in-person events and further engage with their audiences through social media.

While you may still see Charlee onsite at an event, her passion is marketing and currently she runs the social media division of Mainsail.

When she isn’t working you’ll find Charlee creating art, hiking and exploring new places around Cape Cod.

Jennifer Sprague - Senior Event Planner

When Jennifer joined the campus activities board for Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire in 2001, she quickly realized her passion for events.

Once back on her native Cape Cod, she knew she wanted to do something that brought her closer to the community she grew up in. Joining the Mainsail Crew in 2016 allowed her to combine her passions of event planning and supporting local non-profits.

During her time with Mainsail, Jennifer has become the “Auction Queen”.  Her experience with Mainsail has given her a comprehensive understanding of the nonprofit world and their need to achieve goals and objectives.  In her off time you can find Jennifer on the Outer Beach with her lab, Daisy.
